Overview
Qualifications/Skills:
• Strong organization skills and attention to details

• Strong in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher
Experience
- 5 plus years plus in the hotel/resort industry in areas of reservations, occupancy, housekeeping,
and repair/maintenance. - Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse team of owners, guests, managers, staff,
contractors, colleagues. - Manage multiple projects, issues, and prioritize work
- Problem solve and balance multiple priorities
- Requires accurate data entry to information management system for reservations/occupancy
and maintenance program - Experience in strong online navigation for research and purchasing supplies/inventory
- Experienced in the preparation of reports and forecasts
- Experience in reading and interpreting contracts

o Organizing and hosting the Owner reception party as needed
Pay: Starting at $20/hr DOE
Location: Lahaina
Hours: 8am to 5pm
