This is not a remote role. Applicants must be able to report to work on time as scheduled.  

Position: Entry-level Janitor

Location: Kihei, HI (Work location near public transportation)

Pay: This position has a fixed rate of $20/hour

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday, 6:30am to 3:30pm

Employers Options is seeking an Entry-level Janitor to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

1. Open and secure areas like trash chutes, rooftops, and restrooms.
2. Follow a daily cleaning checklist from management.
3. Perform cleaning tasks: mopping, sweeping, disinfecting, and vacuuming.
4. Use equipment such as pressure washers, floor machines, and squeegees.
5. Support special projects like floor cleaning and painting.
6. Report maintenance issues or suspicious activity.
7. Move heavy items and work at heights when needed.
8. Ensure areas open on time each day.
9. Interact courteously with guests, residents, and team members.

Position Requirements:

1. Ability to operate power floor machines and other equipment.
2. Comfortable using ladders and lifting heavy items.
3. Basic knowledge of cleaning agents and safety protocols.
