Position: Residential Property Manager

Location: Honolulu, HI 

Pay: This position has a fixed rate of $28.85/hour

Experience: Previous property management, residential building management, or related experience preferred. 

Type: Full-time; Contract 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm

Employers Options is seeking a Residential Property Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!   

Job Description:   

1. Oversee daily residential property operations and ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing questions, concerns, complaints, and maintenance requests.
3. Coordinate repairs, maintenance services, inspections, and communication with vendors and contractors.
4. Monitor common areas, grounds, and building conditions to identify maintenance or safety concerns.
5. Assist with enforcing property rules, lease requirements, and community policies.
6. Maintain accurate property records, incident reports, maintenance logs, and other necessary documentation.
7. Communicate with property management regarding operational needs, resident issues, and ongoing projects.
8. Respond to urgent property concerns and coordinate emergency services when necessary.
9. Support positive resident relations and help ensure the property operates efficiently.

Position Requirements:    

1. Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
2. Ability to organize tasks, manage competing priorities, and work independently.
3. Reliable, professional, and capable of handling resident concerns with discretion.
4. Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
5. Knowledge of general building maintenance, safety practices, and property operations preferred.
6. Availability to respond to property emergencies as required.
