Experienced Warehouse Associates Needed - Up to $22/hour

This is not a remote role. Applicants must be able to report to work on time as scheduled.

Position: Warehouse Associate

Location: Wailuku, HI

Pay: $21 to $22/hour (Depending on experience)

Experience:

1. 1 year of warehouse experience required
2. 1 year of warehouse management system experience preferred

Education:

1. High school diploma or GED required
2. Forklift and pallet jack certification required
3. Food Safety certification preferred

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm

1. Forklift and pallet jack operation
2. Order picking, receiving, replenishing, and product slotting
3. Freezer and cold storage environment experience
4. Freight document identification and accurate paperwork completion
5. Warehouse management system proficiency
6. Product labeling and staging on pallets or carts

Soft Skills:

1. Strong team player with a positive attitude
2. Self-starter with high energy and determination
3. Detail-oriented with strong attention to product quality
4. Stress-tolerant and able to maintain performance under pressure
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
6. Reliable, safe, and professionally organized

Position Requirements:   

1. Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
2. Must be able to frequently stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, twist, and climb
3. Must be able to work on wet or icy surfaces
4. Must be able to work regularly in cold/freezer environments (-20°F)
5. Basic math skills required
6. English required
7. Must be able to commute to or relocate to Līhu'e, HI 96766
