Needing a Mechanic Assistant in Kahului, HI

This is not a remote role. Applicants must be able to report to work on time as scheduled.

Position: Mechanic Assistant

Location: Kahului, HI (Onsite)

Pay: This position has a fixed rate of $23.25/hour

Experience: 1 to 2 years of previous mechanic helper experience is required.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm

Job Description:

1. Assist mechanics with vehicle and equipment diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
2. Retrieve, organize, and manage tools and parts efficiently.
3. Support routine tasks like oil changes, tire rotations, and battery replacements.
4. Maintain a clean and safe workspace, including tools and equipment.
5. Safely handle and dispose of fluids and used parts according to environmental standards.
